Reservation And Cancellation Policy

• Advances are non-refundable.
• Futher extention is subject to clearence from reception.
• Wine/Alcohol not permitted.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
• Guest are requested to take care of there valueables(cash,laptops,jewellery etc)The Management is not held responsible for any loss or damages to there belongings.
• I/We confirm the room will not used for any immoral acts and non of the member is suffering from infections disease (s) , the management of the hotel will be kept harmless from all authories arising for me/our stay and indemnity for any amount of risk loss or damages.
• All damages of the hotel property will be recovered from the occupant.
• The hotel reserves the right of admission.As per Government regulations, It is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Hotel Viraat Inn will not be responsible for any check-in denied due to the aforesaid reason.In case, check-in is denied by the hotel due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.
• The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. Hotel Viraat Inn will not be responsible for any check-in denied due to the aforesaid reason.
• The room tariff includes all taxesThe amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
